M&M Thank-yous

My daughter Mary made these for her department in the hospital where she did her internship for Sonography.

The holder with tabs is a SCAL2 file I created and cut out on the Cricut.

The Thank you Tag was a Print and Cut done on the Silhouette Machine.  We just closed them with a Mini Glue Dot.
