Christmas Cake

This is my very first attempt at a Fondant cake. I used homemade MMF and homemade Gum Paste for the Star Tree. Glued the stars together with Royal Icing, brushed it with a little water and sprinkled sparkling sugar over all.

I made this for Christmas 2012, and am only now remembering to post pictures.
